As Star Trek: The  Next Generation celebrates its 20th anniversary, the timing couldn't be better to pull out some old interviews conducted at around the time the show was first in  production. In this brief interview, actor John De Lancie (forever branded "Q:" by Trek fans) considers the notion of whether or not Star Trek could capture lightning in a bottle a second time.
