FANBOYS VS. ZOMBIES: Graphic Novel Debuting at Comic-Con

The zombie infestation is everywhere, including, it turns out, Comic-Con, as postulated by the new BOOM Studios graphic novel, Fanboys vs. Zombies, which will be making its debut — coincidentally enough —at this year's Comic-Con.
   Offers The Hollywood Reporter, "The graphic novel follows a group of fanboys who must battle the undead when Comic-Con becomes zombie ground zero. Armed only with their geek know-how that they've gained from comic books and video games, this rag-tag group of friends must save the convention."
   Co-writer Jimmy Fox says, "We wanted to create this for real fans. The comic book junkies, the sci-fi nuts, the horror enthusiasts, the hardcore gamera -- every one of them will be represented in our cast of characters. This is for any fan who has ever wondered what would happen if they had to play the role of the hero."
