HARRY POTTER PRODUCER DAVID HEYMAN ON "THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE"
David Heyman is the producer who first recognized the potential in J.K. Rowling's initial Harry Potter novel, and he is the one who has had a primary role in guiding the series to the screen. In this interview he discusses the return of Order of the Phoenix director David Yates on film number six, The Half-Blood Prince, revealing what he feels Yates will bring that is different to this production.

Feeling stupid, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to listen to the interviews posted on Voices from Krypton. I would love to listen to this one and the Yates one. Can anyone help me?

I am very much looking forwward to the sixth film, however, I hope that iit isn't as chopped up as film 5. I liked film 5, don't get me wrong, but I found it to be very chopped up and I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the previous films.

I agree with Tina. I felt the editing in OOTP could have been much better. Since I've read the book I mentally filled in the peices, but it makes for a much better movie when you don't have to. I hope he does a better job on HBP.

HBP is NOT a comedy ! And I, for one, will be very much unimpressed if they ramp up the laughs in what should be a very dark and 'impending doom' sort of film... It would also be nice if he stuck to the story this time, as opposed to making it up as he went along like he did with the last one.
